There is a famous stairway called Seleron Stairway in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. A painter from Chile has been decorating the 215 steps with tiles from all around world, it now contains more than 2000 different tiles from 60 countries. This tile reminded me of the front doors in the villages of India.
